About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the central point of contact focused on strategic initiatives for senior leaders across multiple functions to synthesize outputs into decisions that result in actionable deliverables
Proactively identify, assess, and manage program risks, interdependencies, and critical path issues, partnering with executive stakeholders on implementing decisive outcomes based on recommended mitigation steps
Regularly deliver clear, concise, and compelling program updates, status reports, and recommendations to the leadership team, articulating progress, impact, and resource needs
Mentor and lead a small, but high performing team consisting of a Program Manager and Principal Reporting Analyst, fostering a culture of operational excellence, continuous improvement, and high performance within the organization.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is required. A Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is strongly preferred
Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in program and/or engagement management, with at least 3 years operating at a leadership or Director level within a complex and fast-paced technology organization. Healthcare background strongly preferred
Exceptional executive-level communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Demonstrated experience managing complex initiatives within a Fortune 100 or top-tier health technology company
