About the role

  • Interact with customers and provide/process information in response to inquiries and requests about products, services, and promotions via email
  • Work with customers daily via email and handle retail customer service inquiries for English-speaking markets (style of glasses, sunglasses, prescription questions, order status, warranty issues)
  • Introduce customers to higher-priced items, upgrades, or add-ons to increase sales
  • Maintain high accuracy and quality of work; document interactions and manage time effectively
  • Collaborate within a team, follow supervision, and support colleagues in a multicultural environment

Requirements

  • Fluency in verbal and written English; additional language is an advantage
  • Excellent time management and documentation skills
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Amenable to working the graveyard shift, including weekends
  • High-speed, stable internet connection
  • Patient and stable work style; consistency with repetitive routines
  • Cooperative, agreeable, sympathetic listener; team-oriented focus
  • Attention to detail and accuracy; able to work under close supervision
