Interact with customers and provide/process information in response to inquiries and requests about products, services, and promotions via email
Work with customers daily via email and handle retail customer service inquiries for English-speaking markets (style of glasses, sunglasses, prescription questions, order status, warranty issues)
Introduce customers to higher-priced items, upgrades, or add-ons to increase sales
Maintain high accuracy and quality of work; document interactions and manage time effectively
Collaborate within a team, follow supervision, and support colleagues in a multicultural environment
Requirements
Fluency in verbal and written English; additional language is an advantage
Excellent time management and documentation skills
Customer service experience preferred
Amenable to working the graveyard shift, including weekends
High-speed, stable internet connection
Patient and stable work style; consistency with repetitive routines
