About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create strong commercial momentum with retail partners
- Ensure optimal coverage of the assigned store network
- Secure product listings (obtain distribution — DN)
- Execute merchandising activities (POS and visibility)
- Optimize the volume and placement of promotional operations
- Coordinate high-impact Christmas displays
- Prospect for new clients
- Prepare reporting and conduct competitive monitoring
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous successful experience in large-scale retail (supermarkets/hypermarkets)
- Familiarity with in-store operations
- Autonomous, organized, and rigorous
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Good interpersonal skills and professional appearance
