Senior B2B Account Manager
SmartBox CompanyB2B Senior Account Manager in a hybrid role focusing on corporate accounts. Responsible for new account acquisition, sales cycle management, and internal collaboration for client success.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify, map and actively acquire new corporate (B2B) accounts, with a strong focus on opening new opportunities in the market.
- Manage the full sales cycle independently, from initial contact (cold calling/mailing, strategic meetings) through negotiation and final contract closing.
- Develop and present tailored proposals and solutions that effectively address each client’s specific needs.
- Manage the sales pipeline independently and strategically, ensuring a strong results orientation and continuous growth.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure strategic alignment, excellence, and successful delivery of client services.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales and in closing significant commercial contracts.
- Strong target orientation, proactive prospecting, and the ability to engage with C-level decision-makers.
- Excellent consultative negotiation skills, resilience, and a strong focus on problem-solving.
- Native-level proficiency in Portuguese and advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Existing client portfolio or an active professional network in the corporate market.
