About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify, map and actively acquire new corporate (B2B) accounts, with a strong focus on opening new opportunities in the market.
  • Manage the full sales cycle independently, from initial contact (cold calling/mailing, strategic meetings) through negotiation and final contract closing.
  • Develop and present tailored proposals and solutions that effectively address each client’s specific needs.
  • Manage the sales pipeline independently and strategically, ensuring a strong results orientation and continuous growth.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure strategic alignment, excellence, and successful delivery of client services.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales and in closing significant commercial contracts.
  • Strong target orientation, proactive prospecting, and the ability to engage with C-level decision-makers.
  • Excellent consultative negotiation skills, resilience, and a strong focus on problem-solving.
  • Native-level proficiency in Portuguese and advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Existing client portfolio or an active professional network in the corporate market.
