About the role
- Actively manage an existing portfolio of partners, maintaining and developing strong, long-term relationships
- Negotiate and close identified new business opportunities to drive sales results and revenue growth
- Implement the defined commercial/sales strategy
- Achieve sales targets and monitor results, proposing new approaches if there are deviations
- Manage the sales pipeline, tracking the entire process using CRM tools
- Represent Odisseias professionally and with excellence to partners
Requirements
- Strong vocation and solid experience in commercial / account management
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (face-to-face and by phone) are essential
- Strong ethical values, a positive mindset, and a high customer- and results-orientation
- Strong time-management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience using CRM tools to manage the sales process
