About the role

  • Account Coordination (≈40%): Manage project-management tools (Wrike, Basecamp); start hot lists; keep Basecamp current; coordinate action items; ensure follow-through; nudge overdue tasks
  • Support client communications with task updates, due dates; elevate risks to the team and in team meetings
  • QA/proofing on deliverables; build custom GPTs to support QA
  • Additional tasks to support coordination of client deliverables
  • Demand‑Gen Execution (≈40%): Build emails, landing pages, and forms in HubSpot; configure lists and nurture steps
  • Support paid media operations (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads): implement targeting, upload creative, QA pixels and conversions
  • Create and publish social media content; collaborate on/produce simple graphics (e.g., Figma) to accompany posts
  • Set up tracking (UTMs), validate attribution, and compile weekly KPI snapshots
  • Execute CRO checklists on landing pages (headline/CTA tests, form friction fixes)
  • Additional demand gen tasks may follow with experience
  • Operations & Reporting (≈10%): Help consolidate QBR reports: pull data (e.g., email sends, campaign results) and draft insights/next steps
  • Internal Support (≈10%): Maintain knowledge base items (SOPs, checklists, templates) for repeatable work
  • Support SmartAcre marketing where applicable (social media, case studies, insights posts)

Requirements

  • 1–3 years in marketing coordination, campaign ops, or agency experience (internships count)
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Hub (email, LPs, forms, lists, workflows)
  • Comfortable with Google Ads, UTM tracking, and Google Sheets
  • Data‑obsessed with strong editing/proofing skills and crisp, client‑ready writing
  • Able to juggle multiple deadlines with proactive follow‑up with the goal of having basecamp up to date
  • A Never Settle mindset that thrives on feedback and consistently looks for ways to raise the bar
  • HubSpot certifications; SEO fundamentals
  • Figma experience for simple graphics
