About the role
- Run and optimise LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns to drive qualified leads
- Develop and execute A/B and multivariate tests across ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages
- Test, scale, and refine campaigns for maximum ROI
- Conduct keyword and audience research to refine targeting
- Track, report, and optimise based on performance metrics
- Collaborate with sales and marketing colleagues to align campaigns with commercial goals
- Contribute ideas for additional channels (SEO, email, content) while focusing on paid digital ads
- Own and scale the company's digital presence to fuel growth
Requirements
- 3+ years running performance marketing campaigns in a B2B setting
- Proven success in LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
- Strong analytical skills with experience managing significant ad budgets
- Track record of driving pipeline or revenue growth from digital ads
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and data-driven
- Experience in B2B SaaS, tech, or high-growth businesses preferred
- SEO, email marketing, or content knowledge is a bonus
