About the role

  • Run and optimise LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns to drive qualified leads
  • Develop and execute A/B and multivariate tests across ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages
  • Test, scale, and refine campaigns for maximum ROI
  • Conduct keyword and audience research to refine targeting
  • Track, report, and optimise based on performance metrics
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing colleagues to align campaigns with commercial goals
  • Contribute ideas for additional channels (SEO, email, content) while focusing on paid digital ads
  • Own and scale the company's digital presence to fuel growth

Requirements

  • 3+ years running performance marketing campaigns in a B2B setting
  • Proven success in LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
  • Strong analytical skills with experience managing significant ad budgets
  • Track record of driving pipeline or revenue growth from digital ads
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and data-driven
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, tech, or high-growth businesses preferred
  • SEO, email marketing, or content knowledge is a bonus
