Digital Product Engineer

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Managing the full sales cycle, from lead qualification and customer engagement to proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Creating and presenting technical and commercial presentations that align customer needs with proposed solutions.
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure seamless project execution and fulfillment of customer requirements.
- Managing the entire procurement process, including communication with suppliers, gathering and evaluating quotations, and processing purchases.
- Negotiating with vendors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing, maintain quality standards, and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance throughout all procurement activities.
- Handling the collections process by monitoring invoices, payment schedules, and customer commitments to guarantee prompt revenue collection.
- Working closely with finance teams to monitor outstanding payments and address any billing or contract-related concerns.
- Serving as a liaison between technical teams and customers to ensure proper implementation and overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in English at a very good level is crucial for effective communication within our multinational environment.
- Experience in the Saudi market is highly preferred, as it offers a valuable understanding of the local business environment, customer preferences, and regulatory requirements.
