Drive the product vision and roadmap for the unification of products into an AI-powered enterprise imaging documentation ecosystem
Define and execute product strategy for generative AI integration, including ambient reporting, automated impression generation, imaging AI integration and intelligent automation of clinical documentation
Collect, analyze, refine and prioritize customer feedback
Establish evaluation frameworks and performance benchmarks to ensure product compliance with evolving AI regulations
Partner with customer success teams to drive product adoption and realize customer value
Lead evolution of platform requirements to support cloud-native, scalable, and interoperable solutions
Champion interoperability and open standards such as FHIR, FHIRcast, and HL7 for healthcare ecosystem integration
Ensure product capabilities that seamlessly integrate with PACS, RIS, and emerging imaging infrastructure
Analyze market trends and competitive landscape and identify opportunities in ambient documentation and AI-powered clinical insights
Develop go-to-market strategies and lead customer research, beta programs, and post-market surveillance
Analyze product usage data to drive feature prioritization and performance optimization
Partner with health systems, radiologists, clinical leaders, imaging informaticists, and administrators to understand clinical and administrative needs
Design user experiences to ease adoption, save time, reduce administrative burden, and improve report quality
Drive innovation in workflow orchestration, incidental findings management, peer review automation, and quality assurance workflows
Requirements
5-7 years of product management experience in healthcare technology, with 4+ years in either in medical imaging, imaging AI or clinical documentation
Proven track record of successful product launches in competitive enterprise healthcare markets
Demonstrated independent leadership and ownership of execution, especially in complex stakeholder environments
Strong understanding of radiology workflows, RIS/PACS integration, imaging informatics, imaging AI, data analytics and clinical documentation processes
Experience with AI/ML and speech recognition in medical imaging and healthcare production environments, with a focus on usability, compliance, and reliability
Knowledge of natural language processing, speech recognition technologies, and semantic understanding architecture
Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams of technical product managers, engineers, UX designers, medical affairs, regulatory, sales, and customer success
Experience working directly with clinical stakeholders, including radiologists and imaging informaticists
