About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Send updates to procedures and articles about software and processes to clients and relevant internal teams, and monitor the need for updates.
  • Handle support tickets of low to medium complexity assigned by the team or management via the platform, according to demand, aiming to resolve reported issues.
  • Participate in and follow the handling of higher-complexity tickets with the team, through meetings or within the ticket, in order to absorb knowledge.
  • Perform first contact with the customer to open and prioritize tickets, answer questions, and perform simple configurations to initiate the support process.
  • Liaise with helpdesk and digital vendors to resolve questions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree completed or in progress in technology-related fields.
  • Experience in customer support.
  • Basic knowledge of Networks and Linux.
  • Knowledge of Databases and APIs.
  • Knowledge of VoIP and Asterisk.
  • Experience with automation platforms and no-code/low-code solutions.
