About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Send updates to procedures and articles about software and processes to clients and relevant internal teams, and monitor the need for updates.
- Handle support tickets of low to medium complexity assigned by the team or management via the platform, according to demand, aiming to resolve reported issues.
- Participate in and follow the handling of higher-complexity tickets with the team, through meetings or within the ticket, in order to absorb knowledge.
- Perform first contact with the customer to open and prioritize tickets, answer questions, and perform simple configurations to initiate the support process.
- Liaise with helpdesk and digital vendors to resolve questions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree completed or in progress in technology-related fields.
- Experience in customer support.
- Basic knowledge of Networks and Linux.
- Knowledge of Databases and APIs.
- Knowledge of VoIP and Asterisk.
- Experience with automation platforms and no-code/low-code solutions.
