What you’ll need
  • More important than the number of years is curiosity, the ability to learn quickly, and a clear understanding of what AI can do today and where its limits lie.
  • You bring our existing AI initiatives into stable, ongoing operation and continue to develop them.
  • You design automations and AI assistants and build them yourself, primarily using AI and low‑code tools.
  • Confident prompt engineering skills and a strong sense for how to make AI outputs reliable and verifiable.
  • You develop solutions and implement automations yourself, predominantly with AI and low‑code tools.
  • You explain complex topics simply and bring skeptical colleagues on board.
