About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Development and optimization of lead management processes.
- Implementation and management of automation programs.
- Analysis and segmentation of the customer base.
- Development and implementation of retention management programs.
- Building personalized customer communication strategies.
- Optimizing the customer journey through data-driven A/B tests.
- Developing churn-prevention strategies.
- Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), marketing automation, or data-driven sales.
- Deep understanding of lead management processes, including MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) and SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads).
- Experience developing and implementing customer lifecycle programs.
- Proficient with common CRM and marketing automation tools, ideally HubSpot.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience using business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Knowledge of email marketing, retention marketing, and churn prevention.
- Excellent communication skills and a structured working style.
- Ideally experience in the education sector or a comparable B2C or B2B environment.
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working approach.
- Confident appearance and presence.
