Key responsibilities & impact
  • Development and optimization of lead management processes.
  • Implementation and management of automation programs.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), marketing automation, or data-driven sales.
  • Deep understanding of lead management processes, including MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) and SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads).
  • Experience developing and implementing customer lifecycle programs.
  • Proficient with common CRM and marketing automation tools, ideally HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience using business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Knowledge of email marketing, retention marketing, and churn prevention.
  • Excellent communication skills and a structured working style.
  • Ideally experience in the education sector or a comparable B2C or B2B environment.
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working approach.
  • Confident appearance and presence.
