About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial refrigeration systems and kitchen equipment
Service equipment including refrigeration, cooking, and ware-washing systems
Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and service manuals
Communicate with manufacturers for technical support and parts identification
Install replacement parts and complete repairs efficiently
Complete service documentation including work orders and inventory tracking
Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle and tool inventory
Follow all safety procedures and company standards
Identify and recommend preventative maintenance or additional services

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ year of experience in refrigeration, HVAC, appliance repair, or commercial kitchen equipment
Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Willingness to participate in on-call rotation
Preferred Qualifications: EPA certification, CFESA certification, Experience with commercial refrigeration systems or food service equipment, Ability to work independently in a field environment
