About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Shape and execute cohesive internal and external communications strategy
- Drive thought leadership, employee engagement, and consistent storytelling across the organization
- Ensure communications support key business priorities and cultural objectives
- Develop and execute integrated internal and external communications strategies aligned to business goals
- Partner with executive leadership to translate company priorities into clear, compelling messaging
- Lead internal communications strategy to drive employee awareness, alignment, and engagement
- Develop content for executive communications (town halls, leadership updates, organizational announcements)
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–8+ years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or related field
- Strong ability to translate complex business strategies into clear, compelling messaging
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills across multiple formats
- Experience supporting executive communications and leadership visibility
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience in B2B, industrial, technical, or services environments (preferred)
