Marketing Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute and optimize marketing programs driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, operations, and leadership teams
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Develop and manage marketing content including emails, website pages, case studies, and blogs
- Plan and support industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events
- Manage and optimize digital channels including website, SEO/SEM, and social media
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing or related role (B2B experience preferred)
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, Google Analytics)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
