Client Operations Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support US-based clients through onboarding, platform adoption, and locator support.
- Learn the business by performing the day-to-day operational work yourself.
- Identify trends in client questions, support activity, and platform usage.
- Investigate issues and recommend practical improvements.
- Improve SOPs, onboarding materials, and internal documentation.
- Share operational insights and product feedback with management and engineering.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Operations or client support background with hands-on experience.
- Progression into a Team Lead, Supervisor, QA, or similar operations role is strongly preferred.
- Comfortable starting with frontline operational work to learn the business.
- Experience with root-cause analysis, KPI/trend analysis, QA, or process improvement.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Organized, analytical, and proactive.
- Based in the Philippines; available to work US Central Time hours
