Product Onboarding Specialist – Training & Client Success

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead onboarding sessions and walkthroughs
- Help clients understand how to use the product
- Support users as they learn workflows
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in onboarding, implementation, or customer-facing product roles
- Experience working directly with clients to help them adopt a tool, platform, or system
- Strong ability to simplify complex workflows and explain them clearly
- Comfortable guiding clients through structured sessions and discussions
- English level: C1 or C2 (required)
- Strong organizational and communication skills in a remote environment
- **Bonus**
- SaaS / CRM / tech tools exposure
- Customer success experience
- Ability to learn and explain software quickly
- Experience in Customer Education, Enablement, or Implementation
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Handled high-value or demanding customers
Benefits

- Compensation: $1,800 – $2,200 per month (based on relevant experience and qualifications)
