About the role

  • The HR Generalist supports the HR Business Partner (HRBP) in delivering HR services to the Commercial Business Line.
  • Oversee day-to-day HR support and perform 30–40% recruitment responsibility for commercial roles.
  • Ensure consistent HR operations, compliance, and employee experience across multiple regions.
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR inquiries across the Commercial Business Line.
  • Coordinate onboarding for new hires, ensuring a cohesive experience.
  • Support HRBP-led initiatives such as engagement activities, performance management cycles, and collecting HR data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, ideally in a commercial, sales-driven, or multi-site environment.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruitment required.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and employment regulations in the U.S. (Canada experience is an asset).
  • Excellent communication, professionalism, and relationship-building skills.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient with HRIS systems, ATS tools, and Microsoft Office.
