About the role

  • Execute high-volume daily outbound activity: cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages.
  • Research and identify target accounts and contacts based on defined ICPs.
  • Personalize outreach to grab attention and generate interest.

Requirements

  • Native-level German and professional English.
  • 2–4 years in B2B outbound sales, lead generation, or a similar high-volume prospecting role.
  • Resilient and energetic mindset.
  • Clear, confident, and engaging communication on the phone and in writing.
  • Structured and meticulous with follow-ups.
  • Comfortable learning about software products and translating value into simple, compelling language.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), Apollo, LinkedIn, and email sequencing tools is a plus.
  • Motivated by targets and energized by the rhythm of outbound.
