About the role

  • EPC overall management – Coordinate the entire project execution across all phases: engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, COD and handover to operations.
  • Project planning & control – Develop and manage schedules, budgets, resources, execution strategies and documentation processes; identify deviations early and implement measures to ensure project success.
  • Stakeholder management – Serve as the primary contact for customers, grid operators, authorities, lenders and all external partners; manage expectations, consolidate information and promote transparent decision-making.
  • Cross-functional collaboration – Coordinate cross-functional teams: Engineering, Procurement, Commissioning, Safety, Logistics, Quality and Finance; ensure all work packages converge on schedule.
  • Contract & site management – Review and manage contract terms with suppliers and contractors, including scope definition, interfaces, warranties, risks and claims; support construction activities through regular site visits and monitor installation progress.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Civil Engineering.
  • Project management certification preferred.
  • Master's degree in a relevant field advantageous.
  • Three to five years' experience in PM roles within EPC, BESS, PV or other grid-connected energy projects.
  • Solid knowledge of EPC contracts, claims management, change processes and performance guarantees, and German and English language skills at C1 level.
