About the role

  • Event organization – Planning, preparation and operational support for trade fairs, seminars, events and digital formats across several Central European markets.
  • Newsletters & communication – Conceptualizing and designing newsletters as well as producing reports on reach, open rates and interactions.
  • Social media – Developing and coordinating social media posts to engage different target groups in Central European markets.
  • Marketing projects – Assisting with the development, preparation and execution of marketing activities, including smaller campaigns and content formats.
  • Sales support – Providing marketing materials and relevant content to support sales colleagues in multiple countries.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a degree program in business, communications, social or media sciences, marketing, business administration (BWL) or a related field.
  • Confident user of common MS Office applications.
  • Some practical experience in marketing or sales.
  • Enjoy communicating clearly and openly, including in English.
  • Ability to work in a structured way and to coordinate multiple projects in parallel.
