About the role

  • Coordination: Technical leadership, planning and supervision of series-accompanying climatic tests (Reliability Monitoring) in the area of battery and PV inverters
  • Reporting: Clear presentation and escalation of test results, including anomalies, to product owners and preparation of quarterly reports
  • Workflows: Further development of processes and workflows, including clarification of issues within the logistics chain
  • Point of contact: You act as the contact person for internal and external customers for tests in the Climate & Reliability Test Lab
  • Test automation: You actively help shape test automation as well as test systems/test benches and laboratory infrastructure

Requirements

  • A completed technical degree or an equivalent qualification
  • Initial experience in product testing and qualification, as well as in the further development of processes and workflows
  • A good understanding of common failure modes and faults in electronic products
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to get to the point
  • You approach your tasks with a high degree of responsibility, assertiveness and reliability
  • Very good German and English skills and enjoyment of working in a team-oriented environment
