About the role
- As an ICT Support Engineer, you act as a competent point of contact for our customers
- When required, you commission client, server and network systems on site
- Take assigned days on the helpdesk
- Responsible for receiving, qualifying and prioritizing incidents and support cases
- Handle support cases largely independently
- Opportunity to gradually assume operational responsibility for individual SLYNET services
- Technical contact person for the service, including maintenance and further development
Requirements
- ICT specialist with EFZ (Swiss Federal VET certificate) with at least 1 year of professional experience, or equivalent career changers
- Broad-based IT knowledge in the Microsoft systems and cloud environment
- Independent problem-solving through an analytical and structured working approach
- High willingness to learn and quick comprehension
- Knowledge in Windows Server and client systems, Remote Desktop environments, Active Directory, virtualization solutions and IP networks
- Enjoy working in direct contact with customers
- On-call availability
- Strong written and spoken German and ability to communicate in English
- French language skills are an advantage
- Team-oriented working style with a strong sense of responsibility and reliability
