About the role
- Provide mapping and analysis support to the Senior Geospatial & Data Solution group
- Georeferencing and digitising map data
- Creating maps/drawings for reports and Environmental Impact Assessments
- Capturing, managing, and analysing data in GIS from multiple sources and in various formats
- Preparing field maps for surveys
- Preparation and maintenance of data in ArcGIS Online Environments
- Collaborating with the team to deliver projects to tight deadlines and budgets
- Adhering to QA process and standards for data management and drawing outputs
Requirements
- Recent Graduate or about to complete an accredited GIS based degree
- Proficient in the use of ESRI ArcGIS Pro and software extensions such as 3D & Spatial Analyst
- Working knowledge of geodatabases
- Working knowledge of Model Builder and/or Python advantageous
- Experience of using ArcGIS Online
- Conscientious worker able to deliver a consistent high standard with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work as part of a collaborative team and build strong relationships throughout the business
- Good organisational skills with proven ability to work to deadlines
