About the role

  • Deliver Projects : Support end-to-end delivery of climate strategy projects, delivering quality, insight, and impact, including: Gathering data using a range of techniques (interviews, surveys, focus groups, data requests)
  • Utilising data analysis tools, including Excel and GIS, to create tailored reports and, in some cases model and build scenarios
  • Supporting the development of presentations and reports for clients that have a clear narrative and help to inform decisions
  • Support Growth : Support business development by supporting senior colleagues delivery high quality proposals, and developing client loyalty through quality work.
  • Develop Skills: learning through experience, our learning and development programme and exposure to industry (conferences, webinars etc)

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related discipline (Master’s Degree preferred).
  • Understanding of core concepts of climate science
  • Passion and interest in sustainability and sustainable business
  • Demonstrate understanding of some aspects climate & nature strategy, for example: Climate risk assessments & scenario analysis
  • GHG accounting (including Scope 3)
  • Net-zero, carbon neutral and other sustainability frameworks (including SBTi)
  • Decarbonisation strategy and implementation roadmaps
  • TNFD, Nature Positive and Nature-based Solutions
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to deliver client-ready presentations.
  • Ability to distil quantitative and qualitative data and communicate it succinctly to clients.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
