About the role
- Lead and Deliver Strategic Mining Advisory Projects
- Manage and execute environmental and social performance input into feasibility studies
- Ensure all deliverables meet technical, commercial, and regulatory standards
- Provide Senior Technical Expertise
- Participate in Multi-Disciplinary Project Teams
- Engage Senior and Executive-Level Stakeholders
- Drive Business Development and Industry Presence
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental or social science, or environmental engineering or related discipline (required)
- Postgraduate qualifications (highly desirable)
- 15+ years’ experience in mining environmental and/or social performance management across open pit and/or underground operations
- Expertise in environmental and social impact assessment
- Strong understanding of environmental and social performance reporting
- Proven ability to secure and deliver consulting projects
- Skilled in proposal development and client negotiation
