About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Implement Salesforce solutions using configuration and custom code aligned to approved architecture and functional designs
  • Develop and maintain Apex (classes, triggers, async processing), Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows
  • Build and support patient services workflows, including intake, case management, enrollment support, benefit verification support, care coordination, and service request handling
  • Deliver Service Cloud capabilities such as case management, Omnichannel routing, entitlements, email-to-case, and agent productivity enhancements
  • Support Health Cloud or similar patient-centric data models, care programs, and engagement processes where applicable
  • Design and implement integrations using MuleSoft or similar middleware, including REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven patterns, and external platform connectivity
  • Support integration reliability practices including monitoring, error handling, retries, and idempotent processing
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and technical design reviews within Agile delivery teams
  • Write unit tests, support SIT/UAT, and resolve defects across development and release cycles
  • Support regulated life sciences and patient services delivery requirements, including validation, auditability, traceability, and change control
  • Follow SDLC and CI/CD release practices and contribute to stable, scalable production support

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of Salesforce development experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, and Salesforce data modeling
  • Experience with multiple Salesforce clouds, with Service Cloud required and Health Cloud preferred
  • Experience building and supporting enterprise integrations
  • Experience with DevOps practices including Git, SFDX, and CI/CD tools
  • Experience working in Agile delivery teams
  • Required Salesforce Certifications Salesforce Platform Developer I
  • Salesforce Administrator preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience
