About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead discovery and requirements-gathering sessions with client stakeholders across commercial functions (Sales, MSL, KAM, Payer/Market Access, FRM, and related field and home office personas).
  • Translate business requirements into user stories, process flows, and functional design documentation that Architects and developers can build from.
  • Serve as the day-to-day functional lead on client engagements, running working sessions, managing stakeholder questions, and keeping business and technical teams aligned.
  • Partner with Solution Architects to validate that proposed designs reflect real commercial field workflows and won't create adoption friction.
  • Support pre-sales activities, including scoping calls, discovery workshops, and effort estimation for Agentforce Life Sciences Cloud opportunities.
  • Author and facilitate UAT scripts, test scenarios, and training materials aligned to commercial use cases.
  • Document current-state and future-state process maps for territory management, call planning, account/customer 360, sample management, and related commercial workflows.
  • Identify where Agentforce agents can be applied to commercial workflows (e.g., call prep, next-best-action, insights summarization) and translate those opportunities into requirements.
  • Communicate clearly and credibly with client stakeholders ranging from field end users to commercial operations leadership.
  • Collaborate with project managers to manage scope, timeline, and change requests across the engagement.

Requirements

What you’ll need

  • Demonstrated experience as a functional Business Analyst: requirements gathering, process documentation, user story writing, and UAT support.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to lead client conversations and build trust with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working alongside Solution Architects and developers on system design, without owning the architecture yourself.
  • U.S. based; authorized to work in the United States.
