About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supervise day-to-day operations
- Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner
- Manage innovation, implementation and ongoing support of systems and networks
- Manage support teams and evaluating performance metrics
- Oversee infrastructure testing, documentation, and change management
- Ensure that products and services are delivered on time and within budget
- Manage software and hardware installations and upgrades
- Maintain computer network infrastructure and ensure network security
- Hire and train new IT staff
- Ensure continuing education of the latest industry techniques and best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- A Bachelor's degree in a business administration field or equivalent experience
- Extensive experience in technical management
- Ability to manage IT support teams, as well as hire and train new IT staff
- Extensive experience in collaborating with development teams and clients
- Ability to diagnose faults, oversee documentation, and implement required changes
- Ensuring optimal hardware and software functionality, as well as network security
- Ability to keep up with IT advancements
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Good understanding of management practices and techniques
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Travel up to 10%
- Must be on-camera for remote calls.
