About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with all internal and external Human Resources related inquiries or requests
- Processes new hire onboarding and employee through HRIS
- Hold new hire orientation for all W2 new hires
- Maintain digital copies of employee records in compliance with federal regulations
- Perform I9/E-Verify & background checks for all W2 new hires
- Assist with performance management procedures
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelors degree in human resources or related field, or 3-5 years of experience in lieu of degree
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
- Strong analytical skills and highly computer literate with capability in Outlook, MS Office and related business and communications tools
- Meticulous attention to detail a must
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain utmost confidentiality.
