About the role
- Own the operational backbone of the employee experience
- Oversee core HR operations including onboarding, compliance reporting, and people analytics
- Design and maintain people systems and workflows
- Lead the implementation of HR programs
- Use data to inform decisions and continuously improve People Operations processes
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of progressive People Operations or HR leadership experience
- Demonstrated experience designing and scaling HR systems, workflows, and automation
- Strong background in total rewards and benefits strategy
- Proven judgment and expertise in policy development, employee relations, and risk mitigation
- Advanced analytical capabilities, using people data for workforce planning and decision-making
