About the role
- Establish the company's workload plan in collaboration with senior management
- Propose backward timelines (reverse schedules) in coordination with the production teams
- Oversee project execution
- Ensure deliverables are completed correctly and match the brief
- Supervise the production team's adherence to processes
- Assist with preparing estimates/quotes in support of the sales team
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Master's degree (Bac+5) or equivalent
- Analytical mindset and strong ability to synthesize information
- Organized with a sense of priorities
- Design sensibility and/or prior startup experience is a plus
- Passionate about new technologies
- Comfortable using modern technologies
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Confident verbal communicator with a customer-focused approach
- Fluent in English
