About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Establish the company's workload plan in collaboration with senior management
Propose backward timelines (reverse schedules) in coordination with the production teams
Oversee project execution
Ensure deliverables are completed correctly and match the brief
Supervise the production team's adherence to processes
Assist with preparing estimates/quotes in support of the sales team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 1 year of experience
Master's degree (Bac+5) or equivalent
Analytical mindset and strong ability to synthesize information
Organized with a sense of priorities
Design sensibility and/or prior startup experience is a plus
Passionate about new technologies
Comfortable using modern technologies
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
Confident verbal communicator with a customer-focused approach
Fluent in English
