About the role

  • Establish the company's workload plan in collaboration with company leaders
  • Propose project timelines (rétroplannings) in coordination with the production teams
  • Supervise project execution and act as the main point of contact between clients and the production team
  • Verify correct completion of deliverables and ensure they match the briefing specifications
  • Oversee the production team's adherence to processes
  • Support the sales team by contributing to the preparation of estimates and quotes

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience
  • Master's degree (Bac +5) or equivalent
  • Analytical mindset and strong ability to synthesize information
  • Organized with a clear sense of priorities
  • Comfortable taking responsibility and working autonomously in a startup environment
  • Eager to learn and enjoys facing challenges
  • Passionate about new technologies
  • Comfortable using new technologies
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills; confident in spoken communication
  • Design sensitivity; prior startup experience is a plus
  • Fluent in English
