About the role
- Develop the company's workload/resource plan in collaboration with leadership
- Propose project schedules and timelines in coordination with production teams
- Oversee project execution and act as the primary point of contact between clients and the production team
- Verify that deliverables are correctly produced and match the brief
- Ensure the production team correctly follows established processes
- Support the sales team in the preparation of quotes/estimates
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Master's degree (Bac +5) or equivalent
- Analytical mindset with strong ability to synthesize information
- Organized and able to prioritize
- Confident verbal communicator with a strong client focus
- Design sensitivity and/or prior startup experience is a plus
- Fluent in English
