About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support research projects and help synthesize findings for the team.
- Monitor users’ app engagement metrics using internal dashboards.
- Conduct benchmarking and ongoing monitoring of competitors.
- Help set up and take part in UX quality assurance reviews.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Pursuing a degree in a related field with graduation date in 2025, or new grad with around 1 or fewer years of experience.
- Understand the fundamentals of user research and have strong attention to detail.
- Love collaborating and can juggle multiple projects.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment as a proactive self-starter.
- Eagerness to learn and genuine curiosity about sports.
- Extra points if you hold a degree in HCI, information sciences, stats, data analytics, human-centered design, or related field.
- Have run usability tests for mobile apps.
- Skilled with remote testing tools, surveys, or analytics dashboards.
- Experience with fantasy sports, daily fantasy, or sports betting.
