• Design user experiences across all of our platforms – iOS, Android, Web, Tablet
• Collaborate frequently with other designers in ideation sessions and receive feedback and mentorship from more senior designers
• Take ownership in aspects of design execution and create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes so engineers can ship your pixel-perfect designs.
• Create design solutions that utilize design systems, and contribute to the development of our design system

• Ideate, create, and test a variety of video, image, audio, and text creatives across paid and organic channels
• Build, optimize, and scale paid acquisition and influencer campaigns
• Support affiliate program outreach and creator partnerships to expand Sleeper’s network and drive new users
• Analyze conversion, retention, and campaign performance metrics to inform growth strategy
• Identify and test new social, affiliate, and content marketing opportunities
• Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns

Frontend Engineer

• Collaborate with designers to understand user requirements and translate them into technical specifications for the React web application
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using React, JS, and related libraries (Tailwind, React Query, NextJS, etc.)
• Develop reusable UI components and implement a well-structured component hierarchy for the React application
• Implement user interface functionality and logic using React features like state management, hooks, and server-side rendering
• Integrate front-end components with back-end services using APIs (RESTful or GraphQL)
• Troubleshoot and debug complex web application issues
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and quality of web products impacting millions of users
• Bring feature, quality, and technology parity between web and mobile experiences
• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in React, web development best practices, Core Web Vitals, and accessibility guidelines

Senior Frontend Engineer

• Support research projects and help synthesize findings for the team
• Monitor users’ app engagement metrics using internal dashboards
• Conduct benchmarking and ongoing monitoring of our competitors for updates
• Help set up and take part in UX quality assurance reviews
• Join a small cohort of interns collaborating with mentors and senior team members
• Get onboarded to the research process and ramp up to full projects, including a capstone
• Completing the 12-week program gives priority for open full-time roles

• Managing a Sports community within the Sleeper app for your sport (This includes posting highlights/hopping on trends/tapping into whatever is current in the sport/and covering games/matches.)
• Create unique and engaging content for the sport (even when there are no games/matches on)
• Create, grow, and manage an organic social media account for the community you manage in-app
• Maintain a safe and respectful community atmosphere within the Sleeper app
• Posting on a daily basis and creating unique and engaging content within your respective team channel.
