Requirements

Proficiency in modern full-stack technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, React or similar front-end frameworks, Node.js, PHP, or equivalent back-end runtime)
Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar
Familiarity with Shopify development, including Liquid templating, the Storefront and Admin APIs, and ideally experience building or customizing Shopify apps or themes
Strong command of version control workflows (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and structured code review practices
Comfort working with common back-end technologies, RESTful/GraphQL APIs, as well as relational and/or NoSQL databases
Familiarity with analytics integrations (e.g. Google Analytics, MixPanel, etc.) and with A/B testing frameworks
A disciplined engineering mindset - consistent naming conventions, clear documentation habits, and a bias toward readable, well-organized code over clever shortcuts
