About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform functional analysis and specification of commodity commercialization processes (soy, corn, cotton), Sales Planning, and Logistics, including mapping workflows, business rules and performance indicators (KPIs);
Specify internal clients' needs through an in-depth understanding of processes and operational flows, translating business demands into functional requirements and structured documentation;
Identify, prioritize and track internal client requests, negotiating scope and deadlines, and performing continuous follow-up to ensure project and improvement schedules are met;
Support key users and external consultants on existing requests, guiding correct system usage and clarifying operational and functional questions;
Ensure proper operation of the modules and systems under your responsibility, monitoring process integrity and proposing corrective actions when necessary;
Support and guide the preparation and execution of test plans for enhancements, fixes and projects (UAT), ensuring the quality of deliverables before production deployment;
Actively participate in the implementation and evolution of business processes, working from diagnosis through post-go-live stabilization;
Analyze issues related to information flows and processes, identifying root causes and proposing systemic or procedural solutions;
Analyze and define data exchange interfaces between systems, ensuring consistency and integrity of the integrations involved in the commercial chain;
Open, track and manage tickets with vendors and technology partners, reporting occurrences (questions, enhancements, fixes) and ensuring resolution within agreed SLAs;
Address open internal requests, responding to queries, identifying improvements and forwarding them clearly and promptly;
Act as the communication link between business areas (commercial, origination, operations) and technology teams, ensuring alignment of expectations and mutual understanding of solutions.

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in a field related to the role;
Practical knowledge of commercialization processes, preferably using SAP (S/4HANA) and integrated specialist systems (Simple Farm);
Knowledge of databases and ability to write SQL queries;
