About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Draft and review contractual documents and contract templates for all areas of the company, contributing to the identification and mitigation of legal risks.
Participate in the continuous improvement of contract review processes, supporting the standardization of documents and legal workflows, as well as the Department’s innovation projects.
Conduct legal research, provide guidance and prepare legal opinions to respond to internal business requests.
Arrange and control payments related to legal activities.
Interact with clients and lead negotiations with counterparties, taking part in meetings, preparing documentation and contributing to the understanding and resolution of issues, always guided by the principles of ethics and integrity in compliance with the company’s Code of Ethics.
Prepare corporate documents and corporate governance acts (e.g., minutes, resolutions).

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed degree in Law.
Active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association).
Postgraduate degree in Corporate/Business Law is desirable.
Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
Comfortable working with legal management systems and other related software.
