About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor shipments of seeds and cotton;
Track and monitor transport execution and contract deadlines;
Prepare and monitor operational reports;
Manage cargo claims and incidents;
Prepare documents required for shipment (transport confirmations, shipment reports, etc.);
Assist in developing and tracking KPIs to support management;
Support other logistics-related activities as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Logistics, Production Engineering, Accounting or related fields;
Prior experience in logistics and/or administrative processes is desirable;
Knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and operational logistics routines is a plus.
