About the role

  • Elicit and document business requirements, organizational structure, and activities to support projects and operational improvements.
  • Prepare functional specifications for the SAP PP module and other systems involved in the processes.
  • Support key-users and external consultants with existing requests.
  • Support and guide the project test plans.
  • Clarify questions and provide guidance to users for the systems under your responsibility.
  • Ensure the correct and reliable operation of the modules under your management.
  • Analyze requests to negotiate and set priorities, and perform follow-up to meet project schedules.
  • Ensure the technical quality of solutions involved in ongoing requests.
  • Ensure the quality of documentation for requests and compliance with internal policies and standards.
  • Provide support for IT audits related to processes within your scope.
  • Analyze and define data exchange interfaces between systems.

Requirements

  • Required education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Preferred education: Postgraduate degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or Project Management.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP in the PP module.
  • Knowledge of production and planning processes.
  • Solid knowledge of configuration (Customizing).
  • Ability to prepare detailed functional specifications.
  • Desirable: experience in agribusiness and with the SAP WM module.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Agile Scrum) or project management (PMBOK).
  • Knowledge in process mapping, project management, negotiation techniques, emerging technologies (basic understanding), and technologies for connectivity and automated support of business processes.
