About the role

  • Administer and enhance the LMS platform, ensuring usability, learner engagement and integration with other performance management tools;
  • Research and implement new EdTech technologies and trends to enhance the learning experience;
  • Design and develop online training and learning paths with a focus on microlearning, gamification and adaptive learning;
  • Monitor engagement and program effectiveness metrics, proposing continuous improvements;
  • Support delivery of corporate programs (e.g., Trainee, Intern, High Potential programs), ensuring innovative formats and monitoring key indicators;
  • Contribute to the execution of the company onboarding program;
  • Maintain and evolve performance management processes, using data to generate insights and support decision-making;
  • Track area metrics and prepare analytical reports to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives;
  • Update policies and procedures related to the Training & Development sub-system, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines.

Requirements

  • Education: Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Pedagogy or related fields.
  • Experience: Proven experience in Training & Development with a focus on digital platforms and agile methodologies.
  • Core competencies: Digital innovation and mindset, data and metrics analysis.
