About the role

  • Identify and address the needs of internal stakeholders by analyzing requests, negotiating and setting priorities, and performing follow-up to meet project timelines;
  • Specify client requirements (prepare Functional Specifications);
  • Participate in the implementation and modification of business processes;
  • Provide user support by responding to open tickets (questions, enhancements, fixes, etc.);
  • Learn and become familiar with the ERP/management system functionality;
  • Open and track tickets with vendors, reporting incidents (questions, enhancements, fixes, etc.) to resolve issues arising from implementation;
  • Configure the management system manually and through data loads for implementations and maintenance;
  • Identify connectivity requirements with partners (suppliers and customers);
  • Analyze issues related to information processes (general problem resolution);
  • Analyze and identify required resources (human, hardware and software);
  • Deliver routine training and identify the need for ad-hoc training; prepare training materials (manuals, presentations, exercises, activities, etc.) and lesson plans (content);
  • Analyze and define data exchange interfaces between systems;

Requirements

  • **Required Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or related fields;
  • **Preferred Education:** Postgraduate degree in Business Management, Information Systems or Project Management;
  • **Skills / Knowledge:**
  • Hands-on experience with SAP modules: FI-GL, FI-AA, GR and RE;
  • Solid knowledge of system configuration (Customizing);
  • Ability to prepare detailed functional specifications;
  • Experience with LSMW for data migrations/data loads;
  • Familiarity with SAP modules and module integrations (FI, CO, MM, SD, TRM);
  • Knowledge of SAP tables to support BI analyses;
  • Experience in accounting and asset closing processes;
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook);
  • English: Basic.
  • **Other Desired Skills:**
  • Knowledge of Guepardo (ECD) is desirable;
  • Process mapping (BPM);
  • SAP ERP Brazil localization for MM and SD.
