About the role

  • Report strategic indicators to the executive board;
  • Act as the department's point of reference in the absence of the PCM coordinator;
  • Support the technical development of interns and colleagues in the department;
  • Lead innovative maintenance projects (IoT, predictive maintenance, etc.) and develop the company's strategic initiatives;
  • Design and document maintenance process workflows;
  • Implement best practices (TPM, Lean, 5S, Kaizen);
  • Participate in defining the annual strategic plan;
  • Support regional coordinators and the PCM coordinator in the approval of work orders and external services;
  • Perform system configurations/registrations for approval hierarchies and authorization limits;
  • Technically validate the use of equivalent/similar materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Control & Automation, Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Agricultural Engineering or related fields; technical diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electromechanics, Electrotechnics or Electronics is a plus;
  • Postgraduate studies in related areas (in progress is acceptable);
  • Solid experience in maintenance management and/or maintenance planning and control;
  • Experience with maintenance management tools — preference for SAP (PM module);
  • Experience in strategic maintenance projects (IoT, predictive maintenance);
  • Experience in process automation and systems integration;
  • Experience developing dashboards and KPIs (Power BI);
  • Intermediate Excel skills;
  • Intermediate English;
  • Valid driver's license (CNH) and availability to travel to farms;
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (TPM, Lean, 5S, Kaizen);
  • Knowledge of failure analysis and reliability metrics (MTBF, MTTR).
