Requirements
- - Proven track record in sales, account management, or business development.
- - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- - Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and client presentations.
- - Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- - Experience in cleaning, facilities management, or a related industry is a plus.
- - Experience managing field teams, scheduling, and overseeing service quality is highly preferred.
- - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle client needs on-site.
- - Ability to travel across MA to client sites (reliable transportation required).
- - Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
- - Availability to work part-time with flexible scheduling, including daytime, evening/night visits, and occasional weekends.
