About the role
- Build dashboards, deep-dive reports, and flexible queries to support key business functions
- Partner with product, ops, and engineering to define metrics and ensure accurate event tracking
- Instrument new features and analyze customer behavior to guide product decisions
- Translate product questions into analytical insights and recommendations
- Maintain and improve internal analytics stack (dbt, Postgres, Metabase)
- Support decision-making across product, operations, risk, and growth
Requirements
- Expert-level SQL
- Experience with dbt
- Experience with Metabase or similar analytics tools
- Ability to define, track, and maintain clean product metrics
- Experience working with large or messy datasets
- Ability to translate vague product questions into analytical insights
