About the role
- Own end-to-end product design across web, mobile, and internal tools
- Collaborate with external design agency and transition to an in-house design function
- Establish and evolve the design system across platforms
- Contribute to roadmap decisions and long-term product strategy
- Work closely with founders, engineers, and PMs to craft product experiences
Requirements
- Exceptional taste and a strong eye for detail — from product flows to typography to branding
- Generalist at heart — comfortable with UX, UI, visual design, and product thinking
- Ability to take vague ideas and turn them into clear, beautiful interfaces
- Cares about both visual and functional aspects of design
- Bias toward action and can operate independently in a fast-moving team
