About the role
- Help scale risk, AML, and product compliance operations across all markets
- Own and execute the risk and compliance strategy
- Lead and grow a high-performing team
- Build scalable onboarding and monitoring programs
- Optimize processes with data, customer insights, and automation
- Partner closely with Slash leadership
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party supervision
- Drive performance across speed, cost, quality, and risk metrics
Requirements
- 6+ years in risk or compliance operations, with experience in BSA/AML, financial crime, and/or regulatory compliance
- Strong grasp of the BSA/AML regulatory landscape, familiarity with crypto is a plus
- Startup mindset: Comfort with some ambiguity, builder mentality
- Proficiency with analytics tools (such as Retool, Persona)
- Clear communicator, strong collaborator, results-oriented
