About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Review patient records within the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
  • Review Attendance Agreements to ensure they are current and accurate
  • Verify assigned counselors, therapy groups, required signatures, and other documentation
  • Identify outdated, incomplete, or incorrect patient records
  • Generate reports of records requiring updates
  • Notify appropriate staff of missing or incorrect information
  • Track outstanding documentation until completed
  • Perform data entry and maintain organized patient records
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
  • Ensure patient records are accurate, documentation is complete, and the clinical team can rely on clean, organized records

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with computers and spreadsheets
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Previous administrative experience is preferred
  • Healthcare experience is a plus but not required
  • Training will be provided; previous behavioral health experience is not required
  • Preferred candidate region: Philippines
  • Ability to work the EST (New York) timezone on a fixed schedule
