About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct executive-level outreach through phone calls and email
- Make outbound calls to business owners, executives, investors, buyers, and sellers
- Qualify opportunities before passing them to management
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients
- Manage follow-up schedules and ongoing communications
- Track leads, opportunities, and interactions within the CRM
- Maintain detailed notes and activity records
- Keep Pipedrive organized and up to date
- Coordinate with internal team members to ensure opportunities are properly managed
- Handle sensitive business information with professionalism and confidentiality
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent spoken and written English
- Professional phone presence
- Comfortable speaking with CEOs, business owners, investors, buyers, and sellers
- Strong email communication skills
- Experience in outreach, business development, sales support, or lead generation
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
- Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
